1. Do a good job in the daily maintenance of crusher equipment. The operator should regularly check the equipment, replace the butter, adjust the belt, and check the core parts and wear parts. 2. Clean up the oil and dust on the motor body in time to ensure that the engine maintains good heat dissipation. Motor oil and lubricating oil in various places need to be replaced with summer oil, the amount of oil is appropriate, check whether there is oil leakage frequently, and the fuel should be refilled in time.
4. Check whether the cooling system and fuel system are unblocked, and replace the aging wires, plugs, fuel pipes, screws, and tighten the fuel pipeline to prevent fuel leakage.
5. During the operation of the crusher, always pay attention to the temperature of the crusher's bearings. Under normal working conditions, the bearing temperature rise should be within 35 degrees and not exceed 70 degrees. Keep the bearing in a good lubrication state, and pay attention to whether the sound and vibration are abnormal.
6. Regardless of whether the equipment is stopped or working, try to place the equipment in a cool place, such as building temporary awnings and sun protection nets for the equipment, to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, which will cause equipment aging and affect work quality and efficiency.
