The machine-made sand below 5mm (adjustable) can be obtained.
Limestone grinding:
The limestone is crushed to the size which is suitable for entering the feeding port of the mill after the first and second stage crushing. The small limestone that meets the size of the feeding port of the mill is sent to the silo by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibration feeder. The ground material is graded by the powder separator, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder separator and then returned to the mill after regrinding. The fineness powder flows through the pipeline with the airflow to the dust collector for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product bin by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged by the powder loading tanker or automatic packer.
